that's fair! What if I do $15 and I will pay for shipping?
Well I mean for $3 savings I'd rather have new. Maybe someone will pick it up. Just trying to help, I've sold scores of car parts over the years and learned a few things. Instead of $3 most people would rather have something brand new, in a package, with a warranty, with a return policy, etc. The used market needs big incentives on an item like this.

GLWS and btw someone needs to get these all weather mats, they are a must imho for every car, I have a set and they really help keep the car clean.

I get your point. I really do. When I was in the market for one I bought one brand new for the same reason. At the same time I am not sure how cheap you expect me to get rid of it for. It would make no sense for me to sell it for $5. I'd rather give it away. I'll keep it up here. You never know if someone will be interested.

Yeah I know. Probably just venting here out of my experiences. It's crazy when you have something and you don't need it but to get rid of it you're making no money. I've sold so many parts and you're right to sell it and only make a tiny profit is crazy. But at the same time you can't ask near full price because of the reasons we're discussing. I've sold so much stuff. It's frustrating, lately eBay is taking a bigger and bigger cut, by the time you pay them and pay Paypal and pay shipping plus your packing costs plus your time to ship it....you're making almost nothing.

That said GLWS on those mats especially, imho everyone needs a set. And good luck with your new car, what did you get to replace the Fiesta out of curiosity?

You're totally right. It's pretty ridiculous these days. I used to sell everything on craigslist, but now facebook marketplace seems to be taking over the market, which I don't have an account for. So that kinda sucks.

The mats are awesome. I bought them on here a few months ago actually. So long story short, I am going off to PA school shortly so I did not want to have that car payment. I recently acquired a 03 Subaru Legacy for $0. So I will be driving that around. Coincidently, the brakes shit the bed today. I think it leaked all the fluid out of one of the lines. So that's my next project now :( So I am free of car debt, but now have what seems to be a very unreliable shit box. Good thing my commute is about 3 minutes.

Cool. You sound like a smart man! Can't go wrong with a $0 car. I drove $500 cars in college. Once day the hard work will pay off and you'll get a car you really love.
