Probably busted my grille and passenger side headlight tabs. Barely got it slowed down to avoid major damage (i was accelerating to the 45mph speed limit uphill) the lighting on this car is absolutely atrocious.

And this car is cursed i swear. Just not in a good mood anymore.

Are you Fu*king kidding me! God dam deer.....My friends old dodge neon was a Deer magnet. The deer would run right into the side of the neon but never in front of it or they would barely miss the rear of the car. It was cursed! Until we rolled/totaled it and slid on the roof through a field after avoiding some deer going to another house party! I remember being suspended upside down hanging in our seatbelts and my Friend Travis ...keep in mind we were upside down hanging in belts...just says " Man that was Fu*king awesome! Some cars are cursed though! I 100% agree! Is it as bad as last time?

No where near as bad. I think my grille mount to the crash bar is busted. And maybe a couple of grille tabs. I knocked two deer over at like 10 miles an hour. I bet passenger headlight has a busted tab or two. The light output is horrid. Even with led bulbs.( granted they were cheap auxbeams in my old lamps prior to the first crash. But i may end up jamming them back in.

Must be something in the air.
One of my brother-in-law's and sister-in-law's totaled their vehicles last week. I believe my wife has seven siblings I don't know too many to count.

My sister-in-law drove her Honda CRV don't know the year into a ditch after sliding on some railroad tracks, and my brother-in-law drove his 2014 Fiesta ST into a pole feel bad for both of them.

Sorry for your luck. On a local radio show I listen to a stripper called in once and she has totaled 9 vehicles because of deer.

have you thought about upgrading the lighting situation?

To be honest, its not worth dropping almost a grand on a problem prone car to get actually good lamps and lighting.

Light bar on crash bar behind grill?

Id rather get better fog lamps. I really wish the fogs stayed on with the brights. They really didnt think the lighting for the US models through at all.

I don't believe the fog lights work with the high beams on any vehicle well at least modern ones. The Mazda I drive to work has projectors for the low beams not really the best I put LEDs in them definitely better but they're not fantastic. Fog lights are worthless on the Mazda absolute garbage.
My g70 has factory LED headlights they look really nice but the low beams are pointed way too low so I had to adjust them just a bit. I'm not blinded anyone of course. The g70 does not have fog lights though it has blinkers towards the bottom of the bumper.

Can't complain about the EU headlamps, they're great. I think they were $600 if memory serves?? I agree, the stock headlamps with halogen are suckysucky. They're good with LED replacements but then they're a little "too" good; too good for oncoming drivers if you get my drift. Biggest benefit was they'd light-up PoPo on roadsides like frig'n Christmas Trees.

It's easy enough to wire up a relay system for the fogs. When the brights receive power, that power would trigger a relay to send power to the fogs... now you're running everything. But I warn, you have to run independent wiring to augment (not replace) what's there. The stock wiring won't likely support the wattage of everything; even with the reduced needs of LED. The LL-AA-SS-TT thing you want to do is melt a wire harness.

I've seen deer here, actually stop at the side of the road and watch traffic. Of course, some only do that just run right out in front of car/truck anyway. Blinding headlights combined with SUPER sensitive hearing can throw off their ability to judge distance and speed. Might want to hire Elmer Fudd and/or Wile E. Coyote.

Not a bad idea with the fogs actually. First thing is first. Replacing my busted headlight. I dont have enough tab pieces to repair that one broke tab unfortunately.

I still have both my stock 2016 lamps. I took care to try and keep car wax off of them so clouding isn't an issue. Does $75 + shipping for one sound fair enough? Looks like they're going for a little above $100 a side now. (for the cheap replicas)

My svt they stayed on with the brights. Yay EAP package.
You can do this in MK1s by taking out the fog relay in the engine bay and running a jumper wire. That makes it so you can turn on the fogs with just the parking lights on and so they will stay on even when you switch to high beams.
They didn't do this from the factory. A previous owner likely added a jumper wire to your SVT.

If the Fiesta has a similar relay you might be able to do the same.
