I know there are a few things that probably won't get the weight of anytime soon.

Des anyone have these weights on hand?
- AC Compressor
- OEM Downpipe
- OEM Strut
- OEM Axle
- OEM Diff

Yes, I'd like to know what a full delete of the AC system (at least the condenser, compressor and all of the hoses/piping) would save in pounds as well. [wink]

Of course, then you would have to add back in the weight of the AC delete bracket and pulley.

I would venture to guess at less than 30 pounds and closer to 20. Not as much as you think.

I've got the 16" Konig Dekagrams and they weigh 14.54 lbs each. Firestone Indy 500s in 205/50/16 weigh 21 lbs each.

At the very highest point of the car, ONE reason why I avoided it like the plague on this car (possible leaks/rattles/busted motors are the others). [wink]
Given the leak/mold issue myself and others have had/are having I wish I avoided it as well.

"OEM Bare hatch (Hatch & Glass only): 33.4lbs"

The hatch is less than half the weight of the sunnroof assembly?
I remember reading a manual stating something like that about the weight but user experience says 30-40lbs. The track is usually steel components and there's nothing lightweight about its construction.

Yeah....I find it hard to believe the complete sunroof assembly is over 70lbs.

I am about to go weigh the stock open diff so we can add it to the list. Great thread.
