I have same situation here where you can send one dealer's quote to another. If they want the business they will try to outbid the other guy. Saved on equivalent of usd 1400 on mine.

Ignore the ones that don't want to lower the price. I drove 40min to fetch my car. Totally worth the petrol.

Just want some of the U.S. buyers input here before I sign on the dotted line. My cahs sales price is $21,457, plates/temp/lien/title/electronic fee $284, sales tax $858 for a total of $22,600. Then they are giving me a rebate of $1000 for an OTD price of $21,600. This is on a base model with no options. Good deal?

No that's not a good deal at all. A base Fiesta ST is around $21,695, if you are getting $21,457 before TTL then you get only getting $238 off. You should be asking $1000-1500 off plus the rebate.

They are giving me a rebate of $1000. My cash sales price says $21, 457 (includes lame dealer fee) then $284 for tax/title and liscensing, and an aditional 858.31 for sales tax for a total of $22,600. Then it says discounts and rebates of $1000 for a total of $21,600

When you say dealer fee are you talking about their document fee or the destination and delivery fee that is factored into the sticker price?

So your goal on this deal is to get them to give you $1000-1500 of sticker.

Ok so going from memory this is your Fiesta ST's sticker http://fordlabels.webview.biz/webviewhybrid/WindowSticker.aspx?vin=3FADP4GX3EM177501

MSRP is $22,195.00

Your goal is to get it down to ($21,195-$20,695) - rebate($1000) = ($20,195-$19,695) before any fees, this includes tax, document fee, license, etc.

I looked up the incentives in your area and you should be getting $1500 off if you finance through Ford, not $1000 in rebates.

As long as you can get the car around that price point then you are getting a good deal.

If that is your price after rebate then you are in the good range lol. Just see if you can ask for the additional $500 Bonus.
