Hell yeah man! I finally started tuning again. There was an issue with the supplied gate. It was opening under 1psi lol. That was why I couldn't make boost.
They are always turds there is no point in using them. I cut my old wastegate so I didn't have to deal with using it or waiting for one lol.

This is my final revision before activating PI to my 93 tune. This is about what you can expect with no additional fueling on 93.
Is the boost taper because of the octane?

Yes and because it gets slightly lean up top. With the aux fuel he's gonna try to bring the stoich closer to 11 and get rid of the taper.

agree, another I wasted enough money on my intercooler and two different tune boxes to pay for the x37 twice. none which were sufficient for the x37 upgrade. go figure. boyracer

My issue as well. Lol. Get the bigger snail. Then intercooler and fuel mods.

Ok cool. I just got my 19 st and the plan is max stock turbo then move to s280. Was just curious.
The stock turbo is pretty much maxed on E30 all else being stock. You can see some decent torque gains with additional mods to the intake, but HP will stay stubbornly low.

The turbo is THE limiting factor on this car in my opinion. My plan is to leave most things stock and upgrade to an S280. I'd like to see how much power I can make for as little money as possible. Accessport, S280 with an 93 and E30 tune.

With the stock fuel system you probably won't be running e30 as you will quickly run out of fuel.

Do you have 93/E30 comparisons? I'm just used to E30 being the power maker, but maxing out on 93 wouldn't hurt my feelings, would definitely make filling up easier.

I haven't started tuning on e40 yet but without port injection you won't be running ethanol effectively.

Your gonna need a decent intercooler and I would swap ur downpipe out as well at the time. Budget in a single port too if you have access to ethanol. You would go from making 280whp to 350-380whp with pi and e.

Don't make me spend more money! I'm trying to rationalize this as a good deal, I got the car for $11k with 100k miles.
