I have to say Milltek is one company i would not mind buying from. I had a Mini with a Milltek system that failed at a flex joint. The company sent me out another unit ASAP with no problems. It was a pleasure dealign with them.
I have not been so lucky with others.

this kit is the non-res race
I've heard the non-res standard kit and it's almost too quiet
adding the resonator would make the kit sound like stock

Thermal is a great kit, always will be for a 3" kit with no drone. My current set up with the whoosh V2 catless and this non-resonated race kit is the best sound to ever come from my orange car. Sound clip is posted on my facebook page
I've installed a Milltek, Cobra, and Thermal in the past few weeks. Have to say the Cobra gets my vote for best fit and finish
The Milltek and Thermal both fit well with no issues. I just prefer flanges to bolt exhaust together vs the slip fit of the Milltek and sleeve clamps of the Thermal.
Milltek wins for options as they have the race or standard muffler, with or without resonator, and 4 tip styles
polished, true titanium, cerakote black, and carbon fiber

Checked your website and didn't see the cobra exhaust. Are you planning on carrying it in the future?

yes we are waiting for new kits with the extensions just like Milltek which is available now

that's correct
the tail sections are longer to clear the US valance
we can supply the parts to convert EU to US spec
just message us and let us know which tip style you would want

Yep just added an extension pipe but I used cheap autozone ones so I have to redo it with good stainless.

the shipping weight of the Flowmaster is 52 and Thermal is 55
I actually thought this was rather light
no idea how much the packaging weighs
maybe 4-5 lbs

Looked it up, stock is 33lbs, but not sure what was being weighed. This is much larger tubing, so makes sense it would weigh more.

pics of your tips? I'm certain they are tucked under the valance as much if not more than stock
which is not how the system is designed to fit

There really isnt any drone, its a great exhaust if you want it loud when you need it and quiet when just cruising on the highway. Its honestly quieter than the sound symposer.

I 2nd that, no need to go resonated version, sometimes i find it not noticeable at all. but when i gun it, its all there.

My US spec tip makes my car looks like an EV car, LOL, no exhaust

some news from Milltek
the change is not as simple as just extending the tips
they have replaced the rear silencer section with another part number plus changed the tips to extend past the US valance
All of our US kits in stock are this new style
The new kits fit great and sound amazing
