Up for trade is the factory Smoke Storm Fiesta ST Recaro seats. The seats are in great condition without any tears, rips, or airbag issues. Just some typical stains on some part of the seats which can be cleaned. You can see some minor crease left bottom cushion of the driver's side from daily driving, but foam structure is still solid.

This will be a trade with your stock ST seats which should also be in good condition since I will need seats to drive my Fiesta.

Seats are located in Norman, OK
SOLD SOLD SOLD

PM me with any questions and/or additional photos.

I will trade you my clean Recaros for your lightly stained ones for +250... :poop:

Seriously tho, that's a really good deal, and if I had base seats, I'd be all over this! I would probably drive half way across the country to buy them. Because. yes. they are THAT good... changes the car in a BIG way!

Which leads me to my next question: WHY? Why oh why are you wanting to trade them away? The base seats are CRAPtastic!
I feel like you will seriously regret this trade.

I went from Recaro in my 1st FiST to non-Recaro in my 2nd FiST and it's not that bad. The base seats are fairly grippy.

Perhaps, but it's more than feel, but also appearance. The Recaros just take this car to another level.

When I was looking to buy a FiST, I was trying to get one with base seats, believe it or not. I thought my bigger body (at the time), would not be so happy. I am 6'2" and had a few extra pounds back then (240lb).

But as luck would have it, I stumbled onto an AMAZING deal on a FiST (2017 with 2,500 mi for $14K) that I could not pass up. But it had the Recaros. I thought I would give them a shot, and if I didn't like them, a trade (like the OP) would be super easy, since they are HIGHLY desired.

Well, after having them for a week, I fell in love with them.
Yes, they were a tad tight at first. Due to the low mileage and the previous owner being a tiny Asian man, they were not "broken in" yet. But after a week, they were a perfect fit, and even motivated me to go on a diet, lol! I am now 205lb, and they fit me even better!

One more thing, these seats are the most comfortable for my back than any car I've ever had. I have lower back issues and the Recaros have the perfect lumber arch that conforms to my lower back. No extra cushion needed.

Sorry to the OP for taking over your thread (although it might help garner more attention for your benefit).

Well, I'm selling the car and I'm starting to part out all. Since resale value isnt that great on fiesta st, I was gonna recuperate some cost by selling EVERYTHING. My stock seats are back in California and I was thinking of driving back to Cali, do the swap, sell the seats and the car itself there as well but i think it may be a hassle

My driver's seat has a small hole around one of the seams - if it was in better condition I'd seriously consider taking the trip.

Ahh, I see... smart move. Although I think the seats increase the resale value... but only if you're doing a private sale. I think if you're doing a trade-in at a dealer, the Recaros probably wouldn't make too much of a difference.

2017 w/Recaros - bone stock

I thought that too. Depending how the sale goes, I might sell the car with it

Begs the follow-up: why are you selling and what are you moving into?
Fiesta was my daily and my STi was my track car when I lived back in California. Now that I'm in Oklahoma, smog regulation is out the window and I drive my catless sti as a daily since my daily commute dropped from 40 miles to just 2 miles.

I mostly drove fiesta because it was "smog legal" and great in gas mileage and I don't really care for any of that anymore now that I'm actually at a free state.

How long does it take to swap out the seats? I'm in San Antonio and maybe willing to get this done if it isn't too complicated to swap the seats out there and then. Let me know brother.

Hey Man, I did the recaro seat swap with my FiST. Fair warning, the airbag connectors under the driver's seat did not match the connector to my car because mine did not come with the recaros to begin with. I currently have an airbag light on because of it. Btw I got my set for $1000 :), the worst part about the removal of the seats is the rears. Everything else is pretty straight forward.

Totally agree with your comment on lower back issues. I have lower back issues as well and these seats are better than anything else I've been in. They hug my back perfectly.

It's pretty much straight forward. We can swap the wiring harness to make it work with your car as well
