According to the website It's the 0.75" shorter than the Whoosh V1, but the same dimensions otherwise. Super good price.

I just need something to stand up to a Hybrid at 100+ degrees.

I have a v2 and even that struggles with hybrid heat. If I did it again I would have just bought a bravo alpha from the start of it.

Has anybody been able to test and compare the differences? CPE claims to have a turbulence reduction fin that reduces pressure drop, but it's also twice the price.

Cpe is almost identical to the whoosh v2. Same core and everything. Just get the bravo alpha and be done with.

Ron copied the CPE cooler with the V2. That’s why the V3 came out

This is just a Whoosh V1 / Depo intercooler with a different logo.

Get a Bravo Alpha or Whoosh V3 to withstand the heat.

If a symptom of pressure drop is accelerator pedal lag, c-pe has some pressure drop. Pedal response is slower with my c-pe intercooler than with the stock unit. Rev-matching is a bit more difficult and that's a small bummer. I do enjoy being able to step on it with a good 93 tune without worrying about heat issues. The data looks great there.

The smaller cores won't be as efficient. Our turbos get VERY hot, and the smaller/cheaper the core the higher your charge air temps will be. I saw an almost 40* reduction with the Bravo Alpha intercooler vs my ATP.

BravoAlpha looks like a tremendous value, but I’m looking to use a factory fit FMIC
