Mountune Intercooler vs Whoosh

The whoosh V1 intercooler would be comparable to the Moutune
Our V3 has cooling capability beyond what you'll find with the Mountune
Just FYI on the charge pipes. We agree that replacing charge pipes doesn't add power "but" we have had so many requests....
We NOW have a full 2.5" cold side pipe with symposer port deleted, added a 1/8" NPT for meth or nitrous and are offering them in polished, black, and red
Our hot side pipe is 2.25" with the same color options
Prices will be less than what's currently available

This is great! I actually have the symposer delete in my shopping cart now. When this is released I'll definitely pick it up for sure! If you need someone to test I would be more than happy to lol.

Just curious what are the weights on the V1 vs the V3 intercooler. The V1 is a smaller unit, so I could presume it being lighter.

shipping weight of the V1 is 15 lbs, the V3 23 lbs

Haha yeah that video got some major hate but it also racked up 187k views so what the heck. Many of those mods are no longer even on my car but there are some good ideas there.

That video was more nonsense mods but if you check my channel there are some pretty decent reviews, I took a lot of time to try to explain installs/results from most of the major mods I've done. Turbo, tuning, tires, etc.

The V3 is probably a bit overkill for the stock turbo. The V1 or V2 should be good enough to hold up in case OP wants to go hybrid someday.

Get the whoosh v3 and forget the pipes. Running a hybrid with stock piping with some extra clamps on the places it's prone to blow off. The whoosh v3 is the better preforming intercooler.
