Do you get your information from anywhere other than online videos? I think that this thread started with you asking the same question about the RaceChip. I shutter to think about your beliefs regarding the shape of the Earth or the downsides of vaccination.

My wife has worked in medical, at more than 7 hospitals, over the last 17 years. She says vaccinations are bogus, she has to get them bc it's required by employers. I don't, haven't had one in almost 3 decades. Im healthy dude, you are falling for a scam. And the earth is round, if you would like to discuss physics sometime im more than happy. Unlike people on the left who disagree with biology and science (no such thing as gender, right?), i trust science. And no im not religious.

Your wife? Is your wife an immunologist? Or a research/clinical scientist? Or a medical Dr.? Probably not, because all of those guys know that vaccines work.

I haven't had one, either, largely because I had them when I was a child and, you know, developed immunities because of them. Maybe find a YT video that details how a vaccine works?

I think it came up in the DEM debates recently, but here's a link to one guy bringing it up from NJ.

I can say with certainty that if that happened for say, SF, the rest of Cali will follow as people burn cars and riot till they make $30/h at Burger king. You don't reward children for throwing tantrums, which is why we are in this mess in this country. And to be clear i agree the richest should have a limit, like no person should be able to horde more than say, a billion dollars. I mean who really needs more than that anyway?

So, I say we focus on what we can maybe work together on, how about some policies that would make the ultra rich pay just a tiny bit more so it can go to actual job creation and not just handouts? Well, that's what Sanders and Warren want to do, other than healthcare, they have no plans to go full on Socialist like all the European countries, that still have plenty of wealthy and happiness BTW, but I digress. But nothing wrong with at least a week or 2 of paid time off for full time workers, maybe at least 3 months of maternity leave when other fully Socialist countries offer double or triple that. But why not just create jobs in infrastructure and clean energy with a tax on the ultra wealthy and start there. Small business owners and those who have worked hard to make $200-300k shouldn't have to pay high taxes, the multi-billionaires should. I think we agree that how many billions do you need to where you are literally killing the American dream for others... Also, Medicare for All wouldn't have to be like Canada, no private add on's available, we could do it like the UK, where those more fortunate and have worked hard for a nice living are also allowed to buy in to private care/plans too. So maybe I do disagree with Sanders and Warren on having *only* single payer, I'm leaning more toward Buttiegieg at this point.

I just think when it comes down to it, if we ignore the media hype that divides us, we have more in common than we think and can work together on small steps to help our economy last long term instead of moving to 90% poor/10% rich with no middle class society.

To be fair, a lot of those socialist countries were messed up because of the US. Guatemala, Vietnam, Brazil, Chile, Cuba, and Venezuela all had US involvement in their downfall due to multiple coups and sanctions.

Yes, Cuba and Venezuela don't count as Socialist countries just because the dictator assholes who control everything there simply say they are. I wish Fox News would stop perpetuating that myth.

My Wife is required to have a nursing license for every state in the country including the district of Columbia it's a ton of work. She also went to the best nursing school in the country. She believes in vaccines.

We should also mention that France was the one that messed up Vietnam they were in there for 10 years before us. The war was actually over before we got in as the viet cong aka north Vietnamese had already infiltrated south Vietnam with tunnel systems and pretty a good portion of the people wanted to go with them. We were just propping up a pro U.S. trade regime and following the 50”s McCarthyism theme of stamping out Communism where ever it might strive to exist in the world. Outside of going directly after the Soviet Union or China. Truth be told all of that foreign policy tack we took in those days failed miserably and backfired on us.

The anti vaccine's faction are crazy. We are seeing measles outbreaks for the first time since I was a kid because of those dumb asses. You will see more diseases that were all but wiped out coming back because of those fools. Yup they are fools because yes vaccine work and I am living proof of it. Honestly, I still don't understand the whole anti-vaccine thing. Even if they were a scam and cause autism, would you rather have the risk of your child MAYBE getting autism? Or would you rather them just be dead from a preventable disease. What a sick species we are where we would rather have our own flesh and blood dead rather than have mental retardation or another illness along those lines.

There was no "deal" with russia, not in the shady sense people on the left want to be true. Think about it, Russia is still a world power, they have nukes, if you were president would you really not talk to them? Is he supposed to put it on speak phone with the news crews there? The guy deals with all governments bc this is the US.

Did he talk to people in Russia before he was POTUS? Of course, he's a billionaire with properties there, business deals in hundreds of countries. As for the go back to where you came from thing, he was telling the congresswomen that if they don't like our government, to go back to their countries of origin and fix them how they want, rather than immigrating to our country and trying to change it.

This is the problem with so many on the left, when they don't like something they expect everybody else to be ok with changing it all up, like the voting system. Nobody said a word about the electoral college system till HRC won the pop vote and still lost to Trump, then it's bad and needs to be tossed out. When people keep moving goalposts and stomp their feet every time they lose at something, they lose any credibility.

Look, I'm not even saying he committed crimes for sure or *has* be impeached, I'm saying it's still shady and just saying all this stuff adds up together to make it clear that it's all about him and his ego man, not what is best for our country. I really did hope he would do more for the average person, but instead he just goes with the flow for the ~36% of the people, his hard core base that adores him. And 3 of the 4 congresswomen were BORN here, there was no separate country of origin and the most American thing you can do is try to fix things that are hurting real people. To fight and protest is the ultimate American thing to do, and dammit, if you are a citizen in a country of immigrants to begin with, you are damn right to try to fix things that are really broken, even if they weren't born here if they are citizens they have every right to, that's the American way. And again 3 of the 4 were born here anyway, can you not see how racist or at *least* extremely xenophobic it was for him to even go there? I'm glad we agree on excessive wealth but there is more to this than you are willing to look into, you're pretty closed minded to a lot of things. I never brought up the voting system, but when you consider rural/low population states get just as many senators as the biggest ones, that is already a HUGE advantage in their favor. And if you allow yourself to think about, the president represents all Americans in every state equally, it's not about what states will control everything, we are all equally Americans and the majority should prevail there. The electoral college is a complete farce when it should be one person one vote when again, the senate makes sure low population states are heard too. The senate has a LOT of power. Just *too* much is tilted in the rural areas benefit, yes, we are really a Republic but in a real Democracy, which the majority should count for everything, already having the senate to stop laws that rural Americans don't agree with is plenty enough. The electoral college should have been done away with since after WWII honestly, we all have access to the same basic TV, radio, internet for information and believe me, people in the cities do give a damn about farmers, we can see them being screwed over by a lot of conservative policies actually, but they vote Republican based on religious and other trumped up reasons based on phony patriotism. Agree to disagree man, I'm not far, far left, I didn't like Hilary either, but you have to remember that Dissent is Patriotic, we are allowed to push to change things that we feel aren't right.
