Looks great man! Darker gray really sets the silver and red off
Thanks, I love the gunmetal color with silver. I had black wheels on there before, and they really looked good (especially after the lowering) but I really have always liked BBS style wheels, especially on this particular car.

While black wheels would still look good, you lose all the detail of the wheel spokes (I think it's overdone right now too imho), gunmetal has the same effect, but you can still pick up the details of the bbs wheel spokes and depth.

looks like the Sparco Pro Corsa
Yes, a little, although I *MUCH* prefer the SE-16 center caps. Unfortunately the Sparco's in either Anthracite or Gunmetal weren't available at Tirerack when I bought the SE-16s. They only had light silver and black. I am more than happy with the Sport Editions. [:)]

Peloton what happened to those black and silver lip wheels you had?
I still have them. [:)] When I first lowered the car I still had them on... and they looked really really good. I ordered the new wheels BEFORE I lowered the car. The 40 offset is near perfect fit with the Cobb springs. I should have snapped a few pictures before swapping them out.

Anyone have the OZ Superturismo GT in 16" on the Fiesta? I've seen the 17's, but curious of what the 16's look like. If I missed it in the thread, forgive me.

Motegi Racing MR116

Any opinions on the Motegi MR 116 wheels out there? I can get them in New Zealand in gloss black with a polished rim. Thinking they would look good on my Panther Black ST. Anybody know if they are lighter than the stock Ford wheels or about the same? Apologies if this has already been discussed before.

Sparco put white Terras on a black ST for their stock photo, but I haven't seen this combination on a real-world car yet. So here's mine, in 16x7 with 205/45/15 Achilles 123S tires.

I like the look of 16s so much better than 17s on the ST, I just don't think the stock ultra low-profile look suits the car. I also bent all of my stock wheels pretty badly in less than 30k of average driving on mediocre roads, hopefully these do better.

Thanks for sharing that picture. I want the light grey painted versions of those wheels for my Oxford White FiST, but I'm torn between them an a set of OZ Rally Super Turismo LM wheels in 17x7.5 or OZ Rally Super Turismo GTs in 16x7. Part of me wants to go to a 16x7 for meatier tires though. What do you think I'd get the best performance out of? 17x7.5 or 16x7?

It depends a lot on tire, but in theory you should have slightly sharper turn-in response and transitions with 17"s. In the real world outside of really serious autocross, you probably won't notice the difference, especially given how stiff the sidewalls of modern summer tires are. What you may notice, though, is slightly better ride quality with the 16"s.

Normally I'd say that the extra half inch of width would be nice on the 17x7.5s, but we already run into clearance issues with tires that will fit on a 7" rim, so there's no real advantage to a wider wheel.

I just got a set in white sent this week for my Oxford White. Not my first choice color combo but I could not pass up sub 100 a wheel.Plasti-dip and a single can of bronze metalizer would work fine ;>

I went with 205/50 r16 Firestone Winterforce. I will be sure to get pics once they are mounted this weekend.
