Is it better to paint, powder coat, or plastidip wheels to get the color you want? Like a set of sparco terras and I want them gloss black.

If you are ok with the plastidip finish it is your best as it can be changed when you want pretty simply and is inexpensive.

ive always been a fan of powder coating, but just depends on what you want to spend and how often you want to change colors

Eventually. Definitely not slamming this car though. Been there,done that. I like how this car handles too much to ruin it for looks, Ya know ?
Not a slammed fan either but not a fan of wheel gap either which is why I went with Eibach springs. Perfect amount of low and only improves handling. I commute in DC everyday and have not noticed any issues with being a bit lower.

^^^ This. Oh you have no idea how long I sat on the fence regarding lowering the FiST. I lowered my last car (a 2011 Mazdaspeed 3) and it was nothing but a complete PITA. It was a mild drop, similiar to the advertised FiST drop with Cobb springs, however front camber became excessive (OVER TIME) and I started going through tires every 8-10k miles. Absolutely loved the "look" and the Corksport springs actually improved handling (they were not progressive) but the MS3 ate tires like a lil b*tch. That and I had issues getting up my driveway without scraping and there were some car washes I couldn't use. Pure headache all around.

I've had my Cobb springs now for about 2 months and I haven't noticed any issues. Yet. I know there is the GREAT debate about whether or not springs over time sag a bit but I know for a fact my camber issues on the MS3 became worse over time and there was less gap between my tire and fender over time. I don't know if the springs somehow got weaker (the drop was still even, it was just more drop than it was when I first did it). Correcting front camber issues was not an easy or a cheap fix. There was no factory camber adjustment on the MS3 just as there is none on the FiST. I'm hoping I do not have the same issues with this car. Initial alignment that Cobb performed showed that there was more camber than stock but it was still in the "acceptable range" (green). We shall see.
