Once my tires wear out, I'll go down to 16'' in the summer. We got such bad roads here, that a little more tire won't hurt. I think it's gonna be the best choice for the track

I haven't started to look into that yet. I have to run summer + winter tires up north, so I plan on my current summer tires to last at least 2 years. So the wheel change is not very high in my list.
I went with 17x7.5 Sport Tuning T9s (from tire rack) wrapped with 215/40-17 Dunlop Direzza D2s. They should still come out 1-2 pounds lighter than the stock wheel/tire combination and I'm hoping there will be more traction.
Should be late afternoon or Tuesday morning for the mounting and balancing. I will take lots of pictures. I know I am going to want to drop the car about half an inch too. I hope it looks as good as I envision it in my mind.
