Get BC or KW those are who I recommend for a good coilover suspension, billstein B8 struts and swift spec r or h&r supersport springs for spring and strut combo. Also meisterR is good. I don't have much experience with k-sport.

I have always lowered my rides with springs and was going to on my Fist too but... Its sure nice to rip through rough transitions, like drainage ditches between intersections, like a champ IMO! So another STOCK vote here... for now...

Currently talking with ground control, they are working on a setup for the konis, they are telling me they are near completion with them, working out the camber plates vs oem hats for time/benefit at this point. they have a car locally to them they are using

I know that GC can do custom spring rates, but did they tell what spring rate comes "standard" or what spring rate would be the best match for the koni yellows without custom valves.

havent gotten to that point yet. im looking for something around the 250lbs rate, with the motion ratio iirc the 250lb rate in front would make a near 400lbs wheel rate, and 250 in the rear made it a bit more than that. i have to double check that, i remember reading it in a coilover thread somewhere

They usually supply their kits with Eibach LINEAR RATE coil over sized springs for the front. (At least that's what they were for my Z28's kit.)

For the rear of that car, which would be the same type of setup as our rides (a weight jacker/height adjuster on a factory size/style spring), they gave me Suspension Springs Specialists linear rate springs.

I would hope the spring company choices would be at least similar for our app, but I would certainly NOT complain IF they offered Swift branded coil over springs for the front AND back. [:)] LOL

I think i'm going to install the H&R Spring next month.
My friends says that not should be a great choise, but i don't know why. I think with that spring looking good, and improve ( not sensible) the drive.
I don't have money enough for a coilover set, so i think is the better way!

In the first months, I've used my FiST with stock suspensions.
During the second year, I' ve decided to change the exterior look by replacing the stock springs with an Eibach kit.
The result can be seen in the photos I've uploaded...The difference between the total white edition and the last grey and white,is noticeable..

Before the winter I want to go Cobb springs and stock shocks/struts. I want a little more drop and good ride quality. I’d go Mountune but I have my reasons.

The suspension will stay OEM. It's by far the best handling vehicle I have ever driven.

Don't forget the high curbs. It's always a good feeling when you scrape your front bumper coming out of a driveway.

I am checking out a set of Whiteline Springs 1.5 drop with my stock struts/shocks as the car is practically new.
I will be putting them on shortly and will update.

I'm going with lots of bracing (Pierce 6-point etc.) and the MeisterR GT1 coilovers with 5kg/3kg springs. They're crazy on sale right now ($400 off).
