Well the tires are on. First impressions? Sticky! And then I was coasting to a stop sign and thought a Cessna was flying low, looked for the plane, no plane in sight. It's the tires! They are loud as hell, but I believe they are worth it, especially if you want budget and performance

Ordered my dizzy flash tune this morning, used stratified before on the mazdaspeed platform but wanted to try someone else (heard very good things about Dizzy). Keeping the engine mods stock for now until the powertrain dealership warranty runs out (came to an agreement in writing on what mods could be done to not void the warranty). Looking forward to how well this car responds to good tune!

BG Induction Service. Should of switched tunes without the pop and crackles. Oh well if the cops are called they're called. At least I'm at the shop and can explain what I'm doing.

Had tires installed yesterday, did the symposer delete today, and popped out the lower insert and snipped out inner most tabs. Left the outside two in the event I want the insert someday.

Yeah, their unbreakable grip, (on the street at least, where they will NEVER ever get hot enough to get 'greasy' like the autocross/open track peeps complain about them doing in those scenarios) is WHY I put up with their outright deafening screaming. [wink] [driving] [thumb]

My tahoe has mud tires, so I'm not phased. But also these cars have a fair bit of road noise anyways, so the RR just seem to fit anyways.
