Up for sale is the stock exhaust manifold off my 2015 st. It has about 20k miles was pulled for a dhm unit.
This is a perfect candidate for a sour skittle port job for any potential cyborg customers out there.

I want $75 Shipped for it.

I will add my screen name and date to the pictures to comply with the forum rules tonight.

Has anyone ever tried to COMPLETELY (the whole insides) extrude hone one of these, or is it only possible to port around the inlets, and the outlet neck??

Extrude honing is very expensive and they would have an extremely hard time getting any material out at all with these manifolds. Extrude home really is an "aluminum thing", but even then, lots of people say it's completely worthless and few have ever come close to a true apples to apples improvement with it as a process in general.

That being said... I have 4-5 of these manifolds around. If anyone wanted to extrude hone one or have a company extrude hone one, I'd front up a core as long I was paid for shipping on it and I got a stock one back. That being said, compared to what I do with them, I believe it's not only worthless, it's not even remotely cost effective... I port 85% maybe 90% through the manifold and do a lot of shaping for flow, not just bigger volume.

$75 is q reasonable price btw. I have paid as much as $125 for the manifolds alone. I'd ask at least $75 for mine as well; and I have 4-5 of them, maybe even 7.

^^^OK, I was just asking, as I did not know how extensively you ported these things.

What is just the porting alone worth power wise (ALL else being equal on one of your Cyborg systems), or is it done solely for quicker spool speeds?
