OK, there are NO horizontal adjustments.

As I have said above, the Euro headlamps are adjustable by use an electric motor.
I have seen and heard of these headlamp being damaged in shipment.
Is it possible that the adjuster motor may have been knocked off track or damaged in shipment?

Dave
Yep, that's very well possible. The passenger light, the one I'm now having the most issue with, is actually the one that got delivered to me with a broken off tab. And I noticed that the projector housing is loose.

Judging from the placement of it, I'm lead to believe it's for horizontal adjustment. But maybe not based on what D1JL said.

That truly sucks, it looks like your housings may have been substantially damage during shipping. I would contact FordPartsUK and ask for replacements.

Well, I see exactly what the problem is and I see exactly how to fix it. It actually has to do with that star bolt. The other end of that bolt holds the projector housing in place. However, I don't see how I can actually get the other end of that star bolt where it needs to go. I am unable to maneuver the housing in a way to get it situated to where it needs to be to slide it in place. That's definitely the reason why my passenger light is all out of whack...the whole projector is positioned wrong.

I already emailed Wendy, the lady who did my quote and placed my order, earlier this morning. I'm going to follow up with her with this new information and ask for replacements for both of them. The driver's side seems to function fine but the reason I want a replacement for that one as well is because that's the one that has a screw stuck inside of it! If I'm going to take one back, might as well take that one back as well since I've been unable to get the screw out.

So frustrating.

After fordpartsuk said they would not ship out anymore of these lights, they agreed to ship another set out to me. Two more lamps are being delivered to them tomorrow morning so they will ship me another set tomorrow. I emphasized the use of lots of bubble wrap. Hopefully, they get packaged much better this time.

Replacement set of headlights came in today. This time, packaging was much better! This shipment was just one package making it large and heavy enough that it couldn't be tossed around like last time when they were shipped in the 2 boxes that each lamp comes in from Ford.

Both boxes for each individual headlight was placed into this larger box. Even the boxes were bubble wrapped!

Not only were the tabs not broken off, even the ends of the tabs didn't break or get crushed! There is a slight crack in one of them as can be seen in the 2nd pic. This is no big deal though.

Installed:

The lights are much closer this time. I'll be aiming them tonight or tomorrow night but they look much closer to where they should be.

The light output on these things are SO much better than the stockers! Everything seems good to go this time! Only thing left to do is aim them! I had to wait a while but glad everything is good now with a pair that seems to have 0 issues.

I highly recommend buying these! They're so much better than the stock halogens. $600 is not a lot of money, IMO, for an upgrade like this. Even though they were HIDs, I paid $900-$1000 for the HIDs on my SVT Focus that came as an option. They were even selling used for $900 on the forums. That was 12 years ago. I had no problem paying $600 for these 12 years later (although yes, halogen projectors and not HIDs but still a huge upgrade).

I would suggest that you send a thank you email.
This may help the continued sale of these assemblies.

Remember you too may need a replacement some day (let's hope not).

Oh yeah, definitely! Already planned to. I'm going to wait to get them aimed, though, just in case.
