Nope
Can I run the x37 on stock exhaust and stock downpipe or do I at least need to upgrade the DP? I want to make my car a sleeper build so I want to stay as quiet as possible.

I only have a downpipe and my car is still very quiet.

Last shipment of turbos will deliver today. I will get them out ASAP.

These are all spoken for, so if you are waiting this is the shipment.

This will be the last of the X-37 for awhile. I need to get all my cores back and accounted for before we bring in anymore. Maybe by then we will have testing done.

Sorry I haven't been around, a lot of you guys contact me via email and that is my preferred method. I have been slammed with Focus RS stuff and Mustang, but still tuning a TON of Fiestas everyday. I got contracted on a 3 x Focus RS build for a company (sorry can't share who) so I have been slammed, but still managing to get out tune revisions in less than 24 hours!

Adam, I appreciate the business and all of the 14+ revisions in the past 2 months. Your killing the game and people can't handle it sometimes. Either way, I'm a happy customer. Keep up the good work.

Customers waiting on X37's they arrived yesterday, I prepared them to ship but found shipping peanuts in the turbine housings. The turbo's will have to come apart in order for me to get all the peanuts out so these will not be able to ship until Tuesday next week. The reason for the delay is that I am on my way to Kentucky for a race event and won't be back until Monday night. The plan was to have my shipper get everything out today but she cannot disassemble a turbo.

Sorry for the delay.

On top of this, these will be the last 5 X37's that I will be bringing in stateside. Pumaspeed's communication is completely lacking and they refuse to make changes when asked. I know a lot of people will be bummed, but if the other options are so superior (they aren't for this power level) then there should be no problems ;).

Joking aside, it sucks but I need to be able to provide good customer service on my end, and that is impossible to do with the manufacturer not doing their part.

Agreed and thank you for the honesty. This kind of throws a wrench in my game plans lol but NBD. As we know the real talent is in the tuner [;)]

Kinda dumb of them to f- up a relationship with someone in the states willing to manage US orders. Anyway, glad I got in on this last order even though its taken damn near 2 months!!

I'm not trying to complain btw.

With that being said, "slightly used" X37 for sale and to the highest bidder!

Just joking, and man am I happy that I ordered mine as soon as you started selling them.

Kinda sad but coming from the service industry and working at dealers that excel in customer service, it amazes me how some companies fail to grasp that concept. You can have the best product that sells itself but with no support for said product it will never reach it's sales potential.

Now on to plan B,C, & D lol

I've tried contacting PumaSpeed for info on their Fiesta RS body kit and the X-37 with no response. I e-mailed them twice with nothing, kinda hard for me to order anything if they won't answer simple questions.

Disappointing to hear that a few members have had some issues with PumaSpeed's customer support and response...

Perhaps if we could get them to join as a participating Vendor here on our forum this feedback might change things for the better...I'll reach out and see what I can do there...

With respect to spool response and overall balanced performance I've have been very impressed with the x-37's results posted by other forum members which appear to best suited to meet my overall goals...

Indeed....thanks for posting

We are expanding! New Sales and Media Assistant Required

The start of 2016 has been fantastic for Pumspeed. A new wholly owned 6000 sqft building has allowed investment into new facilities. The research and development team are now in Top Gear on many projects from the 350 bhp Fiesta ST to the new ST Diesel.
All this has allowed us to have a record breaking start to the 2015 show season.

Expansion and Restructure.
The new great brands R-Sport and MAXD-OUT Software have added significant volume to sales and have taken the company into many new areas. This resultant increase in sales has given the company a new focus on the global market place. The decision has been made to build the new company - a global platform by bringing in new staff and enchancing the current directorship with experience to deal with all new software and hardware developments.

A new company has been set up to deal with the expansion programme and the older company closed so not to create any confusion.

For the trade and retail customers alike there will be no change to the normal processes, orders will be processed via website and via phone and in many cases as stock levels will be higher delivery times will be much faster.

To build on this new platform Pumaspeed the brand are expanding product lines and development and adding more staff to cope with the demand.

We are now looking for staff to help us build this new company.
