If it only helps a little I will probably do that upgrade later. I was considering the Depo DP but maybe its just bad pictures on there site but it looks kinda shitty. Do you have one? How is the quality?
I do have one and it looks pretty good. I can get some picks whenever I do the Tune+ wastegate this coming weekend. Getting the stock one out sucks tho.
When I initially asked about how long it would be get told me 3/4 weeks out. But then it seemed like he took care of 10 the next day, (previously ordered obviously) but was hoping for an update lol it's probably still the same time from when I initially asked but hey who's actually patient about buying a turbo..
It appears as if this all depends on inventory availability of x-37's from PumaSpeed (main Vendor / Supplier)...If Adam already has them in stock they seem to be shipping out fairly quickly from time of order...If you order the x-37 directly from PumaSpeed (and they have them in inventory) from what I've read reported most folks have received them in less than 2 weeks...If not in stock / inventory then yes, it can take up to 3~4 weeks on "average"...
Probably best to check first (depending on who you order from) to see if x-37's are currently in stock to get lead times as they seem to be selling out quite quickly lately because of very high demand...

I will add that so far the x-37 Hybrid has impressed me the most and does appear to be the best suited turbo upgrade path currently available that would satisfy my own goals and needs...

Yea i agree, when i ordered mine from pumaspeed it took around 2 weeks and no core charge for some reason. Delivery from them took 2 days, then again tho this was around 3 months ago when demand wasn't how it is now.
Idk what you're trying to say, if you're asking if the cores are used and then modified to become a x37? Then yes. My core will have around 8k miles on it, the x37 core idk know about but not to worry as it's pretty much a brand new piece once transformed

the question on my mind is the extent of the rebuild. I can't find any detail about it on their website. And as time goes by, a higher ? of cores sent back will have higher mileage.
as long as the housings aren't damaged i don't think mileage really matters. bearings, seals, shafts, turbines and compressors are being replaced...it's like a brand new turbo.
when/if my x-37 wears out I will send it back for a rebuild. it wouldn't bother me one bit if they sent me back the original housings with rebuilt internals.
I know a turbo can be rebuilt. But where is the link to pumaspeed.com with details of the rebuild. a promise of warranty for the work?
in the aftermarket, we often to easily accept products blindly. I didn't ask if my exhaust or braces had a warranty. just assumed, rightfully so, that they were just good tuners. But something this pricey, I just wanted to ask. I want the kit but it's been nagging at me.

The same place that the installer warranties his installation will not include forgetting to hook up the oil feed line and have have a compatible tune . I.e none.
Shout out to Adam Tune+ for getting the turbo to me so fast once he recrvied it! Can't install for a couple weeks now since I'm getting married next week and then off to my honeymoon. Excited nonetheless !
