Installed it this morning. Took a little under 3 hours total. Pretty easy actually. Hardest thing was reaching the lowest bolt where the side of the bumper meets the fender. Definitely need a 12" extender with a 1/4" swivel to reach it easily. I ordered new clamps and ended up putting 2 clamps on each side. Overkill but oh well. I tend to over tighten things and one of the clamps I overtightened and it stripped some. That's why I put on the extra one with it. When I go big turbo I'll get the charge pipes. I tested the car and it's running great. No boost leaks. I was surprised how light the stock one is.

It is absolutely a mystery to me why anyone would go with any other intercooler that wants a stock fitment cooler....those that have stock turbo or even hybrid turbos to my knowledge this is the largest fmic for this car that is stock fitment and does not require a different crash bar or any mods to the car to make it fit. That combined with it being easily the cheapest and with very high quality I cannot understand why anyone would go another direction UNLESS you are big turbo and need the race intercooler from DHM. I think the price is so good it scares some people off thinking it's junk but I am here to tell you it's far from junk it's every bit as good as any of the other coolers that cost double and then some on both quality and performance and the price is downright unbeatable. It literally is the Cobb intercooler identical twin without the Cobb logos on the side except this one is a half inch wider making it the largest factory fit fmic on the market for this car and by far the cheapest the bang for the buck is far ahead of all the others in the pack and if a stock fitment fmic is what you're after this is the clear winner by a long shot unless you just wanna pay double for the Cobb name on the sides

If u look back to the earlier pages, I have been saying the exact thing you're! And you hit the nail on the head with that statement " I think the price is so good it scares some people off thinking it's junk.

You're absolutely right, it is not! This is like a gift to the community and like I said awhile back, I never used the discount code once! I want to support a brand that has AMAZING prices and service.

Everything came packed well, was shipped very quickly , I've waited days with many brands , What more can one ask for 300$?

I agree 100%

Best value mod for this car, in my opinion.
I agree with you 100% too

Most likely because people had already bought their IC before Depo Racing developed theirs, or they have never heard of Depo Racing as they aren't as well known of a brand compared to COBB, Mountune and ended up buying something else. lol

I definitely should have waited and did my research before blindly spending money on my IC to buy the wrong one... Which is why I don't rush to buy mods anymore. Patience is a virtue.

It's so much easier when I'm broke! Really have to prioritize life and mods so when it comes time to spend funds on fun I know EXACTLY where it's going.

I understand some may have bought their intercooler before the depo came out I was referring to the fact that people still buy other intercooler even now that it's known on the forum the depo puts in mad work ECSPECIALLY for the money and if I was guessing I'd say it's partly because they aren't as known as you mentioned and partly because the price is so good it scares some away that is the only logical explanations I can come up with lol

Some people lack logic lol also most people just buy brands they've heard of. It's like buying a stereo for your car, not everyone will buy pioneer (even tho they're the best bang for the $) they will opt to buy Alpine ,even tho it maybe be lesser quality and more price etc[emoji28]

Just unpacked my FMIC - got a damaged unit for a great price and when inspected, it's simply a few bent fins - something one rock would do! No biggie, tried straightening them out and now I'm hunting for a nice black screen to put in front of it...
