Someone with his phone number should text him about this thread and tell him to do the right thing and pay people back. With all the evidence people are showing he could face jail time and the courts are not going to look kindly on these types of case. He willfully committed fraud by collecting money and never intending to follow through on his promises.

Ca_Fist FiST_Bumpz own up to it man and pay these people back. People have your contact information so there's no place to hide. Getting arrested and having a criminal record for the rest of your life is not worth it.
First we need absolute proof of fraud.
We are waiting until Monday when the package is to be delivered and if it the proper items on not.
Then we can request that funds for mistaken/improper sales be returned.
Remember too that many members sent money as a gift so there may be NO recourse.

All of people involved have reported these actions to various authorities.
At this point we just need to wait.

I was discussing this with my girlfriend last night while on a walk. My theory is that in his previous transactions he realized how much interest there is in the community. He probably had a lot of PMs about the various items he sold legit to people on his first account. I assume that he's having some money troubles at the moment, and having a mind that skewed towards the criminal side anyway probably caused him to hatch a plan to rip people off. My guess is he lost his job or something and is desperate to keep the car. He had to get rid of the extra parts anyway, so why not sell them to somebody legit, and then just accept every single offer that came in.

The thing is, criminals are almost never very intelligent. The fact that he assumed that none of you would band together to put the pieces of the puzzle in place is absolutely astonishing. He's really shown a lack of technical knowledge and planning. Unless of course he's been at work for months, placing fake data on social media, using fake addresses and burner cell phones, etc., he's really left a pretty large amount of evidence. Most notably, connecting to both accounts via the same IP address and thus linking them in the admin's backend is just beginner level OPSec.

He's messy as fuck and made mistakes. Keep digging guys.
I'm pretty sure this guy was bragging about how his car is paid off already...we all know how reliable his word is though. this is the same guy who was surprised at how little gain he had after installing the cyborg while running cobb ots 3 map right? lol

Seller just contacted me to apologize, and let me know he was sending my money back.

Be checking your emails.
Emailed me too

"Hey man,

Im sorry about everything. Im sending you a little extra cash for the inconvenience. Also, I'll be posting on the forum to clear his all up. sorry"

So far I have $823 into this since I payed the Paypal fees... let's see if he comes through. I've already seeked legal council from my uncle and have been waiting to see what arrives on Monday. Seller sent me a second email saying he didn't actually ship me the items.

"i am literally trying to do it right now but paypal isnt letting me add money with my debit card. it says i can do a transfer via my bank account but it will take 3-5 days. I think paypal is actually blocking me from adding money because of all of these claims so im not sure to do.

to clear it up, i desperately needed the money for school, like 2006er said. I sold him the stuff. but i sold him over 5,000$ worth of items for half of that. All other transactions ive done have been legit. I never tried to take anyone's money. And i wasnt trying to scam 2006er, but was worried that he was going to scam me as we had agreed to cash and then he had flipped it to paying me via paypal instead. I thought he would be able to reverse the money he sent me as soon as i had left and then i'd be shit out of luck with no parts and no money. To everyone, i do apologize. And, like i said, all the things ive ever bought/sold were legit. It was a one time desperation move. I cant force anyone to drop any actions they wish to proceed with. All i can do is sincerely apologize to you and everyone else, and refund a little bit of extra money."

It is good to hear this.
Let's all hope everything gets worked out.

I am sure things just got out of hand and mistakes were made whether intentional or not.
Let's please give him the benefit of the doubt and see what happens next.

Well, at least one screwed person is less-screwed. Now it's time for him to start doing that for everyone else that he scammed.

So he actually didn't send you anything? What about the tracking number he provided, was that fake too?

Lol, I guess the address and phone number that you guys compiled were correct. He's scrambling like a fool because we figured it out and have documented evidence.

Be prepared for the "Oh sorry guys, it was my umm cousin/brother/friend that stole your money. But I'll make it right by giving it back to you." Anyone who's already filed a criminal complaint, follow through with it. The crimes have already been committed, multiple federal crimes, multiple felonies. It's not up to a car community to decide if he's guilty. Let law enforcement decide if they will prosecute. People cannot just be allowed to skirt by after stealing what looks to be between $5000 - $10,000 from various trusting and good-natured people.

I agree 100% he should be fully be held accountable for is actions and let the justice system determine what happens to him and hopefully he learns to not scam people from their hard earned money and never does something so stupid again.

He actually did mail me a 118lbs package, I'm excited to see what is inside on Monday. He already told me he didn't send me the actual parts.

another email from him:

"All i can say is that that people will do horrible things when backed into a corner. I let my own stupidity take over and am no different. I'll keep an eye out for everything as well and if paypal gives any issue, ill reach out. thanks for posting for me on the forum. Either way, again, sorry to you and everyone else. "

For me personally, I'll be happy as long as everyone is refunded their money.
