What sparks plugs did you select?
NGK LTR7Ix-11 (mentioned by one of the tuning shops here), but obviously I need a hotter (or keep factory), not colder plug. My commute isn't heating up the plug to keep it clean. I'm changing jobs with a x2 increase in drive distance using the Interstate vs. 12 miles in stop-and-go downtown driving. I'll take a look at the "colder" plug in a couple of weeks to see what's going on.

After how many miles?
3,750 miles.

I waited too long sense last empting my catch can.
I pulled out more than a pint.

To avoid this in the future I added a drain hose and valve.
Now It is easy to do and I this to my oil change routine.

Sorry, didn't take any.
It is just a hose off the bottom of the can with a ball valve in it.
This way my catch can may be drained very easily.

What he said...what CC is it? I'm looking into making some baffling for my boomba CC. Don't like the probability of some of the oil being sucked up.
Mine was made from an M7 system designed for a Mini Cooper.
I had a new one laying around so I used it.
The can is very similar to Mishimoto's basic black can.

With the can in the closed PCV system as mine is, baffling does not work.
If you allow the can to fill, the fluid can always get sucked up.
The only way to prevent this is to have a vent.
However, then you don't have a closed system and the PCV doesn't work correctly.

The best way to keep fluid from getting back is to just drain the can frequently.

I installed an Elite Engineering CC I had left from my Vette days as a temp solution, took some effort to make the bigger fittings work, does a great job so keeping it as smaller and lighter than the top line Mishimoto I have sitting here brand new, I guess I need to list it for sale.

Got towed yesterday... Nothing quite as terrifying as coming back from lunch and your FiST is not where you left it.

Installed new rotors and Mountune brake pads (street). Not as aggressive as OEM "S" pads.
Original pads and rotors lasted 53500 miles.

How long have you been driving on the mountunes?

And how the heck did your oe pads last so long. You must not brake much.

I've got about 300 miles on the new setup. I used the StopTech bedding-in procedure this afternoon which I think firmed up the braking a bit. You've got to push harder on the pedal as there is no "bite" like the OEMs.

Regarding the longetivity of the OEM pads and rotors, I try to be easy on the brakes in city traffic (downshifting, anticipating stop lights, etc.). According to my Fuelly app stats, I am doing about 55/45 City/Highway driving.
