Got it back from the dealership after requesting an alignment and it's worse than when I dropped it off. I swear this dealership is the worst. How hard is an alignment. It pulls significantly to the left now. Ridiculous. Now I have to go back at 7 tomorrow and have them fix it

Gaithersburg sheehy ford. Seems like every time I go there something doesn't get done. Never again. Only went because I had a coupon but never again after this.

Anybody have any good dealerships around the gaithersbirg area? Nothing in the city though if possible.

Picked my car up today after they fixed their alignment screw up and as I get in the car and grab the steering wheel I feel 3 huge scratches on the bottom part of the wheel. I swear this dealership is the worst. And now nobody is picking up. They're paying for a new wheel. This is ridiculous. They scratch the wheel after it being there for something they messed up in the first place.

Rear ended someone on the way to work :( was not going more than 20 so damage isn't too bad. For sure a bumper cover but should not be too extensive. Sucks, as I HATE having to find a reputable body shop and have not had to since living out here, search begins.

Good luck with that one! My dealer got a grease stain on my orange Recaro from their tech sitting in it dirty and they basically told me to suck it.

Not that it's in your area but stay away from caliber collision in Redland. Had my e46 there for repairs and they stole my spare tire with matching rim and a bunch or chive stickers I had in the trunk. When I brought it up they so that the stuff was never there and that I was basically laying.

It's from that adapter they use to keep the wheel centered while aligning the vehicle.

Installed the FSWERKS Transmission Cable Bracket Bushings and Short Shift kit tonight. Was not able to try shifting on the road yet but it felt good in the garage. Also installed a shark fin antenna.

Swapped my Boomba RMM for a Cobb RMM. I'm not hard core enough for the Boomba[giddy].

Also realized the dealership left the protective blue sticker on the gas pedal, so I took it off :D

Also enjoying the cooler weather and my Map stg 1 tune - a lot better when it's not insanity humid.

Tomorrow I'll hopefully install my Rally Armor flaps.

Well I'm calling tomorrow and speaking with the manager and getting it taken care. That's just ridiculous. And to get my damn alignment corrected like they should have done 2 days ago.

If you were in California, I would suggest filing a complaint with the Bureau of Automotive Repair.
That usually gets their attention.

Well if it needs to come to that I will. I'm just so pissed right now. How hard is an alignment? Really? Then to scratch my damn steering wheel multiple times. Just unbelievable.
