So my next questions, can I get it powder coated red direct from you guys and if not how the lifetime warranty holds if I get it and have it powder coated?

Being the last presale product I jumped on is sitting in my garage till I get a 3rd bracket for it and hopefully the redesigned one. I want to be sure if I get this one and "modify" the color I won't be stuck with something broken down the road with no warranty.

Unfortunately black and polished are the only options available from us, however if you wanted to have the tank powder coated yourself you are more than welcome. Getting this product powder coated or painted will not void the warranty unless of course it was damaged in some way while it was being powder coated.

As for the catch can bracket, I will send you a PM to make sure that this is being handled for you. Please feel free to get in contact with me if you need any assistance down the line.

JW because I planned on buying the boomba cap when it comes out.

You got it! The expansion tank functions with the stock cap. We have gotten that question quite a bit as the cap is pictured in some of the shots.

Nice! All of the initial orders were packaged and sent from our Delaware office by yours truly on Friday so you shouldn't be waiting much longer!

I just got mine and test fit it, had to adjust a mount on the car a little but with all I have done it might of been out of place from other work on the car.

Many here know how anal I am about weight, I take off all I can get and rarely put on parts to make the car look better though I do like it to look good when I can.

I weighed both tanks on a digital certified postage scale.

The empty stock unit weighs 1lb, 1.6 oz.

The Mishimoto, 2lbs, 3.2oz.

I can live with a gain of 1lb, 1.6 oz and get rid of the plastic tank and make the engine bay look better

I do have to relocate the Elite Engineering, DIY moded to fit, OCC.
