I'm interested but was wondering if there was any further install documentation on this? Checked out the Focus ST install video and it didn't seem terrible...

The actuator itself should be 3 nuts/bolts and then the reverse process. Biggest bitch is getting the heat shield off which is another couple bolts

Exactly! Pretty simple install once the heatshield is out. However, I am out and it might be some time before I have them made again, if ever.

Dang, put me on a list in case you get a cancellation. Wanted to bundle with a tune. Thanks. Keep up the good work Adam.

Why do you say that, if it makes power & cures the surge?
Because it requires a high quantity to be manufactured and because I have 40 of these out there on this production, the next 40 might not move as fast. I'm not in a position to hold inventory for over 90 days.

The good news for you both is that Turbosmart might machine 10 extras to keep on THEIR shelf for me, but I won't know until I receive my shipment.

ETA from when I released the pre-order was 14 business days from 11/12/15 (when I finalized the drawing/print). That 14 days will be this Wednesday, everyone should have their IWG's in their hands by the end of next week!

How-to on changing the entire turbo, but it covers getting the heat shield off a bit. After that, the wastegate is cake.
Sour, thank you for the link, but even with the pictures and the go pro shots, I just can't see how or where to remove stuff to get to the heat shield. Those Ford diagram color graphics are hard for me to read too. I would just like to know... what should I have removed to get to the wastegate? For example. This week or next I will be installing the DHM crashbar and IC as well as the MAPerformance IC charge pipes. Does all that have to be off to get good access to the heatshield? I would kill for a guide. I'm already pretty unfamiliar with the underside of the car, despite installing the RMM, symposer delete, short shift plate, and cat back.

Is the waste gate accessed near the recirc valve? I've seen Spool's video on the Turbosmart shorty BOV. I didn't see anything related to the heatshield though in that area. I guess one of the things I need is reassurance of what I need removed to accomplish the job. Can I feasibly to the wastegate replacement with the bumper and IC still connected? It's no big deal to pop off the end of the IC piping if that's all I need to remove underneath to get to the heatshield.

Also, Adam, as I recall, you said that Turbosmart sets these up to your spec from Australia correct? We won't be adjusting anything on the kit prior to install right?

Thanks for everyones help and tolerating my newbie questions and complaints!

I will be setting the pre-load before they ship, they machined them with my spring set in it but the preload is just standard.

If this is the only time these are going to be available I am going to order one as well (if that is still possible).
