Thanks, the wiring portion required me to take the entire center console apart to route it how I wanted it, lol. The biggest thing for me to figure is the location in reference to how the airbag deploys as I don't need an Accessport being blasted at any of my passengers or myself in the event of a collision.
Looks great w/ the matching shifter boot!

I just installed my Active Shift Design Pedal Spacer that I purchased from ModBargains.

Always like it when UPS shows up with new toys.

Enjoy 😁 word of advice: you can pull the turbo and manifold out through from the top. Just takes some finagling. And for the love of boost, use the zip ties! Also, use the OEM clip from your wastegate.

They hold up to the heat. They are not on anything extremely hot. Wastegate nipple, compressor outlet, and boost solenoid. I actually don't even have any on my lines...

I just added/replaced some hardware getting ready for install.
I also replaced the nipple that was accidently broken in shipping.
I am doing away with troublesome exhaust bolts and using ARP studs.

Now I need to finish my custom Down Pipe.

Installed my Cobb DP today. Those heat shields......[?|] Any way, the car feels great! Stage one was a nice bump (Access Port only, better low range torque), Stage two was OK (Cobb IC, K&N Panel, a little more mid-range power), but stage three, stage three is pure bliss. I'm running the stock cat back to keep the NVH down. Sounds stock during normal driving and is only mildly louder under load, great sleeper. If your on the fence about S3, or have it planned in the future, you won't be disappointed.

Dave,
After you start it up, get it nice and hot, etc...go back and check all the nuts and bolts, manifold to DP, best to wait on the heat shield install until all settled in. I have studs and though I checked it before after the track days all the DP nuts, on studs, were a little loose.

I would use loctite on the compressor inlet elbow bolts as well and also make sure the oil and water lines are tight after getting it nice and hot.

On banjo bolts with washers on each side I like to tighten, loosen, wiggle, tighten, loosen, wiggle, tighten. I do that on brake lines and AN fitting well and it saves a lot of added work later.

Installed my Moroso air and oil separator on the passenger side of the engine bay today. I did a write up in the Ecoboost engine upgrades section.

Walked past mine and got in the other car to drive to the VW dealer and test drove a GTI Autobahn in preparation for shopping the Golf-R coming next year.
All I can say is WOW and it wasn't even the fastest GTI as the PP option isnt out yet ...

I bought some 3" ABS pipe and rubber caps with hose clamps but might change this up a bit. I am going to clue, screw, whatever, the ABS parts to the stock ABS housings to make more room in the rear for the 3" projector HID housings I am installing. I will take lots of pics in case anybody else wants to put in the maximum size bi-xenon lights in their cars.

Debadged the Fiesta logo on the back

Now it is just an ST

Surprisingly easy, I just used a razor to get behind it, then the black tacky stuff just peeled off in 10 seconds

That's exactly what I was planning to do. Except get the Cobb intake, as I already have the drop in filter. I might later on get the cat-back exhaust, but for now I just wanted to do the downpipe and see how it worked/sounds.

Do you think you would get more performance if you added the cat-back? Or just the audible enhancements?

I don't know how much of a gain you'll get from the CB if any, but I'm sure it wouldn't hurt. In my case, I want the most power with the least amount of sound. I love those Cobb tips though.
