I love my Perrin one. It's about the same size as the base from the regular antenna which is perfect to me. I would like to see the super shorty in person but I think it would be too short for my liking.
Keep in mind the 2 door FiSTs have that crazy long RC car antenna off the front of the car, not in the back like USDM.

Oh yeah. I didn't realize his was EU.

I haven't had any problems with my Perrin one with reception.

I took my car to the Octane Academy today, on a trailer, the head of the Ford race shop drove it and loved it as did everyone that saw it.

The modded stock turbo not even fully tuned garnered a lot of smiles and interest and "it is very quick" from the shop manager:)

I love it and have actual better reception with it.

Post some pics when you get them all installed...

And wow.. you kinda took me back a bit after mentioning snow! Living here in the low desert I sometimes forget that winter is fast approaching for many folks across the country this time of year...

Swapped my Panda cooler for Cobbs. Replaced fasteners/screws that go MIA during installs and cleaned the exterior. Panda cooler goes of to be modified for perfect fitment.

LED dome lights. They look pretty cool, now I'm gonna have to do the front map lights and the trunk light...maybe even the license plate lights.

Installed a 2JR catted downpipe that I wrapped in titanium ceramic wrap and then installed some blue Boomba cable bracket bushings. Tomorrow I upgrade to a stage 3 cobb tune.

Too tired to really drive the car. Tomorrow when I install the stage 3 tune, I'll let you know my thoughts on the shift bushings.

I already had the mountune quickshift, so the throws are shorter. The bushings take out the slop in the gear selection. I would suggest getting them. Great for first to second and second to third pulls at high RPMS. More exact shifting.
