We all are eager for that. I'll be ordering that and the intercooler kit together. Can't wait. Glad I hear everything went well and you're enjoying it!
hey thanks....it went way better than I expected...and the entire installation was relatively quick...I think they had some prior practice ;)...well worth it....

I wish I had them around me. I like my local mechanic, definitely no complaints. But it would be nice to have the person who designed the parts and understands them a little more put them on. Especially with the tune being involved also.

Installed my new 304 MBRP exhaust and it is loud... Very loud... I like it!
I drove through a covered parking garage last night and loved the noises. Yeah, that MBRP is loud!

I even recorded an audio clip for giggles.

What's your wheel and tire specs again? I saw you mention them somewhere in here. It looks good in that photo.

Installed the Boomba Racing BPV adapter yesterday, and damn, that thing is loud! But I love it! Makes me feel like a kid with a new toy:)

I also ordered the Cobb RMM, a set of Rally Armor mudflaps, and yellow foglight overlays. Hopefully they'll be here soon! Had to hold myself back from ordering more than just that... lmao. Got bills to pay! :p

Last night I was first in line at a stoplight heading into my favorite twisty back road. When the light turned, a crotch rocket merged in from the right and accelerated hard, pulling a wheelie. I decided to open it up and see how the Fiesta ST could handle the performance of a sportbike.

He was able to pull away from me a bit up to about 100 but never left my sight and never got more than maybe 700 feet away. He definitely either wasn't as experienced as some bikers or just couldn't handle the turns because I easily caught up with him there.

It was a blast. We finally rolled up on traffic and he passed on the left (double yellows, not smart). At the next light about 3/4 of a mile away I pulled along side and thanked him for the fun. He said, "I was wondering who was high beaming me." (I wasn't.) I explained that I wasn't but that I had a fun time. He said "Yeah! Nobody ever does that anymore." and the light turned green. Another wheelie and he was gone.

Cars are faster in turns than bikes, they barely have any contact patch, why they go down so easily if they hit sand, water, the right bump, etc......:)

But the power to weight ratio, oh my!

I just cannot ride as I cannot tell how fast I am going on a bike and end up paying for it. My last and final one I went through a bus stop at 70MPH, not much fun in that but it was a raining at the start of an off camber corner at night, could not see the wet road ahead, no rain in 2 months so the oil comes up, it was all I could do to barely miss head first into a fire hydrant, not something one would walk away from.

Anyway, these cars are amazing but be careful out there, many places are crawling with revenue collectors, instead of chasing criminals which is not very profitable.

Not really today, but the other day (haven't been online in a few), installed the Boomba brackets and short shift. Took about 1.5 hours or so, 1.25 of which was getting everything apart with .25 putting it back together. Going over some thoughts on a RMM purchase today...

Removed, then modded, then reinstalled my oil catch can to direct the oil laden air down a copper tube, through slots in the copper tube, then through stainless steel pot scrubbers. The can internal looks like this now.

It's getting tint today. I'll post some photos after I pick it up this afternoon. 15% in the back, and that solar controlled stuff in the front that is barely darker than the stock glass.

And here it is...

Added this too...

How do you like those two parts? I still have yet to install mine. And what do you mean by the RMM purchase?

And can anybody tell me how to add photos? It keeps saying my photos are too big for the forum's filetype?

I would recommend getting an account with Photobucket.com. Then copy the link you get with each photo you upload, and Viola, your pics are in your post!.
