Oh no! Thanks for this information. I wonder if I should just have them cleared before mounting...

Not in my case. Same brand, same finish and the brake dust turns the wheels brown. I thought the brake dust would subside but it hasn't slowed up. Been an uphill battle to keep mine clean.
Sorry to hear that man, it maybe because of the matte finish, my wheels are black with a coat of clear and the brake dust blends in really well, it is still there but the rims don't look dusty like the silver OEM rims when normally after a day of driving you could see brake dust all over the rim...

iso100 if you get a chance wax or clear the rims, or even clear and then wax... you'll be happier in the long run.

In either case, nice rims and thanks for the heads up on matte rims.

Got my mishimoto jline black ic, beefy looking compared to the stock piece and seems really well made imo. Mounting it is going to be a project haha decided on welded mounts and also having the 90deg elbows welded so I won't have anymore clamps/connectors then stock.
Put my aw mats in love em, also added the cobb hfaf didn't change the intake sound any which was kinda expected but still a little disappointing. Driving around it seems to me the engine is a little less strained going through the gears. Also ordered all the parts for my custom cai and stayed under my $120 budget

Yesterday my black spline drive lug nuts and aluminum hubcentric rings arrived. I need to wait to put the new wheels on until after the dealer has fixed my transmission though. I don't want them messing them up.

I got my front Powerflex bushings and BC 2JR race version coilovers installed, aluminum hub rings, lowered the car to check the camber, going to do some surgery to get a bit more...installed the rear bushings in the beam axle but waiting on the steel sleeves PF forgot to put in the package so I can get the rear done. Getting closer to wrapping up this very modified ST:)

I modified the strut towers a bit, new hole location, to get more camber up top and less down low on the BC coilovers as only had 2mm clearance from the wheels to the struts and wheels can flex a bit.

Took the rest of the day off for family time.

Nice nuts!

Great wheels and tires:)

---------------

Yesterday misc stuff and installed Montana plates, where I registered it after setting up an LLC.
Going full time RV and had to have a place I can register vehicles, no inspections, etc...

Another light day.

Removed the DP, leveled out the flange on the bottom as it warped during welding, heat wrapped it really well, installed and hooked up the exhaust.
Hooked up the IC, temp. as waiting on some parts.
Installed the Powerflex sway bar bushings.
Went over the list of tools and materials and studied the info Rodmoe sent me on doing the LSD install.

Tomorrow I will hook up a battery and start the car for the first time in over 3 months, let it warm up, get all the fluids topped off once the stats open up, bleed out air if needed, etc....and when all OK finish up the IC and radiator ducting and put on the bumper cover, bolt on some wheels and tires and go for a spin:)
