I'm still itching to see the internals of the stock muffler. I bet something could be done to help increase turbo response and sound all while keeping drone down.

So final decision for those that have a muffler delete is it too annoying? Loud?

no, its not loud at all and doesn't drone that much while driving. Only when you get on it will it be loud inside the cabin. I've heard ST's with the resonator delete and it doesn't sound nearly as good as the muffler delete. I get compliments on mine all the time and it only cost me $40.

+1 for the muffler delete. Almost unnoticeable on the highway but you get tons of cracks, burbles and pops when downshifting hard. A bit noisy when getting on it, but nothing too bad.

Alright I'm gonna do if this weekend then. Thanks guys. They quoted me at 70 in sfv for stock tips. Gonna have to revert to Stock tho when I turn it in and it'll be obvious with cuts and welds everywhere

Lol. Where did you get those tips?
And those that have done the deletes them selves- what did you get to do it yourself

I had a choice at the shop. Chose those because they match the powder coated wheels. They don't stick out that far the pic is just at a weird angle. I'll post a vid later with drive by.

downpipe and keeping OEM catback is what I'm looking to do...maybe a muffler delete at some point. Did you get a defouler so it didn't throw a CEL at you? or did your tune take care of that?
