Are these the same connectors as the OEM hoses? If so, I've replaced mine, by purchasing the OEM part from Rockauto. Then cutting and peeling off the hose. Another thing I've noticed is that you need to pull the locking mechanism towards the hose to disengage it, so you don't mess up the o-rings in the connectors. I use a pair of channel lock pliers, pull the lock against the end of the connector, and then pull the hose end out. If you can, its better to pull the bare hose end off of the OCC, and leave the two connectors connected. I'm using the generic Mishimoto OCC with clear, wire reinforced hoses, located near the ABS module/passenger side strut tower. I have enough room to pull the can off and dump it without pulling the hoses. The only time I pull the whole OCC off is when I take my car to the dealer.
