I want to buy the K&N intake but I cannot ad I am in California and it is not CARB approved. Anyone willing to have one shipped to their house and have it shipped to me?

Any vendor will ship to California.
They do NOT care if you install it or not.

In any case all products that could effect emissions will have a disclaimer that it is for off road use only to keep the manufacture from being held liable.

Interesting enought the Mountune MP215 is CARB approved
http://www.mountuneusa.com/mountune-Fiesta-ST-MP215-Performance-Upgrade-p/2364-215-aa.htm

"California Air Resource Board Executive Order D-727-1"

Which uses a oil filter (not sure its K&N)

If we are talking about the complete air intake, only the Mountune is CARB approved.
If we are talking only about the filter itself, it is not required to be CARB approved.

BTW, the Cobb CAI is not CARB approved.
