Piercemotorsports Front Tow Hook Kit!

After being asked several times by individuals to come up with a solution we finally took a day off to work on it. We'd originally started to build a tubular front crashbeam and another vendor announced that very same week that they were building one so we elected to just keep it simple! The kit will install in about an hour or so---you'll drill out one of the grill honeycombs and then mark the bumper underneath. Remove the bumper and take supplied holesaw and drill through the OEM crashbeam. You'll then install the bracket and tow hook---mark the two anchors and drill them out. After bolting them in you can remove the tow hook, re-install bumper and then install the hook if you like or leave it in the glove box until your next track day comes. We'll have a couple different tow hooks available as well, but the basic kit comes with the bracket, hardware, black tow hook and a holesaw. As with all of our products we'll offer free shipping/a discount to begin with. We'll start taking orders now for those interested---you can PM me here and I'll get an invoice off to you. They'll be $89 shipped and the lead time will be just a few weeks in the beginning-thanks!

I usually avoid any mods that require drilling but there are currently no options for this. Only thing I might use this for is to relocate the license plate lol.

I think Dave found a couple idea's---next time I have his car in we'll take a look. As simple as this is to install/as economical as it is (the tow hooks we sell for the 996's are $175...) I'd have thought there would have been more interest---it's tough to gauge what folks get excited about! Anyrate this should solve the problem of "no front tow hook"...

I am sure those rear shock type would work.
However for track use, most tracks do NOT want to be digging under the car.

I don't have air tools. Would you be able to install one of these with a regular cordless drill?

Hello! I am IN for this. And need a rear solution as well. I'm also wanting the 4-point brace while I have your attention!

I'll PM you. This is fantastic. My local shop was looking at doing a custom thing with a 996 flip down hook, but this comparatively "turn key" solution solves my problem.

I guess that would depend on the cordless drill.
We used a corded drill and it worked just fine.

This is what I ended up doing for a tow hook. I like your idea more because it seems cheaper and more simple.

Hey guys, just checking in. We got enough sold and had a small run of plates done with a local plasma guy---we're starting to assemble them now and paint---your orders should start shipping today and you'll receive tracking info when they leave-thanks again everyone for the support. Our chassis brace line for the Fiesta ST has moved up the ranks and is now our #2 selling product from our entire catalog!!! We've got more in store---looks like we're moving to the rear of the vehicle next-stay tuned for new 4130 chromoly ultra strong/light products headed your way!

Woohoo! Looks awesome. Can't wait to get it installed. So sad that someone can be so excited by a tow hook. I need to confirm that the 4-point brace will attach with my 993 air deflector brake cooling fins in place.
