I'd like to order mine with the Tial BOV I'm just curious to find out if you can run that with stock turbo or if there's anything you need in order to use it?
nope we end up having to use the tial with the stock one still in the turbo. no one makes a bov block off yet

I am very late to this party, and it is currently out of my budget.. but.... HNnNNnNnNNGGggg.g....!!
It's one thing I made room for, I took money away from the catback and don't regret it. Actually after just running a catless dp I don't even want a catback.
I now have an intercooler that will support whatever I want and I never have to mess with it again. Even on the stock turbo with this much cooling you can
do a nice aggressive tune.

I'm very much interested in the intercooler and crash bar but is it really worth it, performance wise over my Cobb intercooler?

Gains on a stock turbo are about 5-10degrees cooler. On big turbo we have recorded 20-30deg cooler than Cobb intercoolers.

With an ATP fmic I was getting 25-30 deg increase on a single pass in 3rd. With the dhm race intercooler, its 0-5 deg. It definitely helps.

After a day of reading, I'm sold on this bad boy. My car is Kona Blue, and doing red accents on it so I'm thinking that red coated intercooler and crash bar would be sweet. With the price right now being at $900 without coating, how much extra would it be to coat the IC and crash bar?

Yes we've had a serious problem with the cores being back ordered. The last batch was a horribly long wait. And we do not have any extras in stock right now so if you ordered today you're probably looking at at least a month. It all depends on the core availability.

Another happy customer here. This cooler is fantastic. I was leak testing my BT install yesterday and charge temps would barely go above 95F on 3rd gear pulls. Ambient temp was 94 and intake temps were 100-105. This is with a gt2560r, not stock turbo.

MrsDHM: So once I upgrade my Cyborg to 39 status I'm going to want to upgrade to this intercooler, what's the lead time? still 6 weeks?

Is anyone running this cooler also running the Mishimoto OCC? I recall it mounting somewhere near the crash beam but I don't remember if it was directly on it. Is fitment possible?

I have the DHM Race IC and crashbar and the mishi OCC, I didn't have any issue with the install or mounting. If I recall correctly even though the bracket mounts near the crash bar it doesn't mount to anything that changes from stock when you get the DHM bar. Either way, I had no issues.

Do you have any front crash bars in stock already built? If so what color(s)?

Also, do you guys plan on doing a Black Friday deal this year?

Thanks,

Daniel

I have it as well and it fits fine with the race bumper... Although the hose kinda rubs on other shtuff, but that's another fitment problem.
