I think he's trying to say the ic itself helps brace the front end in case of an impact. Hence why he says it's a structural piece and that probably why he mounted the air bag sensors to it. Once again bravo on a well designed piece.

OOOHHHHHHH ok, lol. So the mounting tabs are on the IC not the crash bar like factory. Thanks for the barney style break down.

also hey Drag are yall able to ship to an APO address?

Anyone around me that buys this, lmk and I'll help you install it for free. I really wanna check it out and see results myself.

Just an interesting test i had in my head. Bone stock car vs bone stock car with this cooler. Dyno 3 times in a row on each and look at the average power. Bet this cooler makes better power than any other mod other than a tune/ethanol.

You don't even need to run it on the dyno. Just run logs and compare rpm/second across them. That's what I've been doing to quantitatively measure results from my Randy tune.

So for the people that ordered the first 10 or whatever it was, when can we be expecting them to ship out?

Imagine how anxiously I am waiting for the IC and bumper beam and the first DHM/RAAMaudio turbo kit, you would think turning 63 next month I might not act like a kid waiting for Christmas but I am even more excited than that:)

We have thought about it. Just not high on the priority list. If someone wanted a set made I'm sure we could work it in in a few weeks.

it would be nice to have another choice other than cobbs $350 set or just the hotside pipe from atp/forge

Yea even if we did one I'm not sure how cost effective it would be. There is a lot to our pipes. You figure at least 4 silicon couplers, the billet alum mount for the charge air sensor, bung for the evap line, clamps, etc kinda the reason we have not did it yet. But I will look into it closer. Quality downpipes are on there way though!
