I have found stock brakes and pads perfectly adequate for hard track use, rears fine as is and fronts once CMB brake ducts added, no hint of fade during 30 min sessions at Sebring and PBIR. Did all the brake paint and caliper strip temp testing, etc. Caveat is running Quaife LSD is easier on brakes, TVC not invoked as much by inside wheel spin out of turns, but still some.
I doubt TVC heats fronts like braking at ABS threshold from 118 to 20 at Hairpin does. Or 123 to 42 at Turn 10.
On the other hand, you can destroy stock brakes driving long and hard with ESC on.
