[Truth in Ruin]

Car overheated on a hwy southeast of Lincoln NE. Anderson Ford of Lincoln sent out a shuttle to pickup my family, and sent a tow truck to pickup the car. Shuttled to the dealership to pickup the loaner car. I paid $0 in expenses. No questions asked; had my car finished in a week. Replaced radiator; car has been fine ever since. Although I didn't get a follow-up call, I give them 10/10.
